2020 Ssangyong Musso immobiliser problems

Recently had issues with my Saracen in that on 4 occasions it would not start with the immobiliser /smart key light illuminating on the dash. On the first occasion, I was able to start it within 5 mins but on the last occasion it was 30 mins before I could get going. I tried the spare smart key but no change.
