Clutch burned out after 5000

Bought this car less than a year old. Had it two days clutch burned out. Under warranty but a clutch should last more then 5000 miles

Turbo hose

Only done 5000 miles on clock from new. turbo hose blow off at the fan end, RAC called out fixed it with a jubilee clip.
