I think it's the Safety distance alert. I am getting a orange light flashing on the front left.

There are so many different systems / safety systems on that vehicle I would only be guessing . When some warnings are activated they also sound a warning . I am guessing it may be your front left tyre low in pressure . On a lot of cars a 5 lb drop triggers the light but if not , contact your dealership to be safe . Sorry I am not of much help on this .
