Not starting, rapid clicks when turning ignition

Battery is knackered with that reading . Either replace or try charging .

Have charged, got reading of 12.66v, car started no problem. Due a service this week so I will ask them to look at the alternator. Thank you!

Better to get battery LOAD tested also to check condition when checking alternator charging rate .
