Could be the DPF trying to regenerate , especially if used for short journeys and not had a good , long enough run at speed to complete the cycle .

Ive got same poblem same car. Fan keeps comming on when parked and drain ing battery, Recharged batter now got numerous warning symbols on display. HELP
