Im thinking of biying a skoda superb elegance. The electric sests and all 4 windows are not working. The car is a good price but wondering how much it would cost to fix the problem.

What length is a piece of string ? without testing impossible to estimate . If it was a simple fix you would have thought previous owner would have repaired it prior to selling ?

It was a trade in. Garage wsnt to sell it as is. Its done 97k full history etc for £1000.

Cheap car at that price , but be wary as used car dealers are not noted for their generosity , believe me !!! That is just the faults you are aware off and any other problems could turn into a money pit especially if car has a short MOT and no warranty . Also check who the one owner was .I've known one owner cars to be ex private hires .If it has previous MOT test certificates that will verify mileage . Not a lot of money for a car but if not right mechanically could be very expensive for you .Not the cheapest cars for repairs / parts .

Car has mot until march 19. Full service history with all old mot certs to verify mileage.

If car has MOT till March 2019 get someone with good mechanical knowledge to carry out a decent road test / check over before deciding .

If you buy the car , first thing to check would be the fuses .
