Electronic tail gate & electronic wing mirrors

I'll try and make this brief.
Firstly the electronic tail gate(boot) it seems to have a mind of its own! Some days it will work fine and then days when it will not open fully or close!
Second the electronic wing mirrors have folding in after holding the lock button down on the key!
Any help would be appreciated.

with your car being newish your best bet is to take to main dealer as car will be under manufactures warranty
