2006 Skoda Superb power loss on full throttle

when using the car around town it is faultless,pulls well. but when using full throttle when overtaking on the open roads, the pull of the engine seems to hold back, sometimes just for an instant, sometimes completly sluggish. i,ve changed the air and fuel filters and the car is well looked after, serviced regular. turbo seems healthy. its at 190,000miles.
