Skoda Scala battery software update

my battery goes low or dies a caption comes up onthe dashborad. It says system update failed. The battery state is too low. Please charge the battery and start the software update. The dealers were unaware of this proble. I regularly use my car so it does not lay idle

Test battery voltage , replace if needed
