2007 Skoda Roomster driver side electric window control

I put in an aftermarket stereo but then could not lower neither the driver`s or passenger`s windows using the buttons on the driver`s door.I can only use the control for passenger window on the passenger door also the global window locking system using the key does not work. any ideas appreciated.Thanks in advance

Would first check fuses in case one,s blown.

Thanks Bustedknuckles form your reply but I already checked the fuses and even swapped them around with other ones. Any other solutions welcome.

try refitting your old unit

You may have altered the vehicle by removing the standard unit which will be classed as a module which may effect your locking .do not know how you can over ride this other than returning it to standard ,it,s probably part of your low speed network.
