Boot stuck and windows

I returned to my car to find the central locking will only work with the key in the lock and not the fob.
The boot won't open and nor will the electric windows?
Fuse gone....?
If so where will I find and identify it...?
Car works fine othewise.....
Help please.....

IS it the fob battery
sometimes the boot rubber can get stuck to the boot lid giving the impression it is locked still, talc will stop the rubber sticking
