2000 Skoda Octavia abs light

ABS light came on .but then later on in the day light went off again .on getting in to the car thismorning notced light was still off but then came on about ten mins later .could it be some dirt on sensor not to sure.any ideas.

Could well be just dirt / muck on sensor .Sometimes a blast of Brake clean or the like can cure .Worth a try before getting involved .
