2011 Skoda Octavia clutch depress, car won't start

I have a 2011 skoda octavia 1.6 diesel, when trying to start the car it asks to depress the clutch, I have tried to resolve the problem by changing the sensor on the master cylinder but with no luck, it still won't start and still asks for the clutch to be depressed, can anyone help ?

Does it not have a switch at pedal like this ?

I can't see a switch like that, where is it positioned ?

Usually at top of pedal or on pedal carrier if fitted .
