Mirror not folding

Does your car have them ? were they working before ?

Hi just replaced the passenger side as original was broken by someone.
The adjustments work fine and the indicator light also works fine just won't fold like the driver side

Check that it is correct mirror and wiring plugs are the same colour . Reset mirrors if needed , Might be similar procedure to this

Hi thanks for the reply been told that it's from a 2016 model and that it doesn't have the folding mechanism.
