Throttle pedal goes unresponsive

The car starts and drives fine. Throttle pedal goes unresponsive. And glow plug light flashing while fault occurs replacedthrottle pedal and camshaft position sensor. Not made any difference . 2 fault code present when fault occurs. 1 reference voltage A low
2 camshaft position sensor fault.

Thanks for your reply mate. I done waggle tests while car is running and no fault occurs i think my next test will be testing the power at the throttle pedal and see what power i have there when the car is running fine and test again when fault occurs and then test at the ecu.

Have had the odd one where it was the pins in the plug at the pedal / TPS and cleaning with electrical spray fixed, but a long shot .
