Radio and sidelights mean nothing in power needing to start car , what voltage has the battery ?

Battery at 12.2 is only 60% charged not good enough

Good jumps leads , connected properly would be a temp option to try . Often people use cheap leads , with poor connection on either battery that dont work and give false impression .
