You tried a jump start ? What voltage is your battery showing ? Try moving the gear selector when holding ignition key in start position

Battery13.2v,, jumping from booster no go, will only start when wire connected direct from battery to start. Car currently at garage and they are baffled. Done diagnostics test - no codes show.

Also keys have been checked and both show codes. All fuses been checked twice. ECU been taken out and checked. Could of be a faulty new starter?

Possible it could be a faulty starter , easy to bench test and verify or not . Would have thought it also could more likely be an ignition switch or , with it being an automatic , a faulty with inhibitor switch .
