I had (in fact still have) bad experience with the new Skoda Octavia 4. After 3 weeks i get the car the entire multimedia system was down. Nothing is working (clima, park assist, bluetooth, sensors, camera, side assist, lane assist, canon audio system...nothing...virtual cockpit is full of errors). They have to change the media unit but they don’t have it and waiting from the manufacturer. Already 3 weeks past and i can’t use the car. I have written to service and to the manufacturer and they just shift the blame one to another.

Ask them nicely for a courtesy car while yours is of the road ?

In todays environment with Covid and all different factions of the motor trade having been in lockdown which affects availability of parts and service / repair loading , you got to give them some leeway . Totally understand your frustration though , hope you get it resolved soon .

they just have a lot of problems with the new octavia. seems i'm not the only one as i understood. Looks like typical early software/hardware issues.
