2013 Skoda Octavia drivers door not locking.

The central locking locks the rest of the car but not the drivers door, the wing mirrors have also ceased operation, not folding in, and none of the windows open....

First thing I would check would be the fuses . If not that , check for any broken wiring where it passes through from the A frame into door ( in rubber sheath )
