Headlight washers not working
2007 Skoda Octavia Vrs

Hi I've just put my dads vrs through the mot and it failed on the headlight washers not working, we operated it about 10/15 times, and all that happens is the windscreen system works, thus proves the fluid bottle level is ok. I gently pulled on the jets and they seem free I.e. Not stuck which was my first thought as this car has stood around for several years. Thus is there a separate pump, electrical relay, fuse for this system? As for the fuse I've had a look at the owners manual and it doesn't list one. Any help would be much appreciated, one website stated from an enquiry from a similar post from somebody else that a hose may have come off as the jets are pushed out under fluid pressure, I will check for this upon my next visit to him.
