When car is locked with key manually or with fob the hazzard lights continuously flash and don't stop until car is unlocked with fob .

You might need to get it scanned with VagCom to see fault .On some , the relay which could be sticking , was part of the hazard switch .Whether you could try pulling plug behind switch to try ...................
