2010 Skoda Octavia problem with solar " diesel".. help me overhere

The car Is taking too much diesel at kilo/h.. i tried to figure out the problem but i didn't know... what is the proper fix to this?

it was yesterday
The Car engine is 1600.
it takes usually 1 liter for 15-18 k/h
but now 1L for 8-9 k/h and no one know the reason.
