Twice, once some months ago, and again yesterday, I have found all four windows fully open when they had been left shut. On the first occasion, it had been raining!
I cannot see any control that would operate all windows simultaneously.

If you have a remote locking control fob, it could be that the unlock button is sticking,
You could test by holding this down for longer than normal to check.
