2000 Skoda Octavia passenger door not working cant unlock

The passenger front door just stopped working doesn't open with central lock it has no manual lock. The key opens all other doors fine tried to reboot system battery disconnected for 10 mins but to no avail.By the rac help women in need of advice pulling handel pulls leaver up and still doesn't open
