Not starting properly

skoda Octavia 1.9tdi 2010 starts first time when cold, when hot starts but only gets to 500 rpm then cuts out sounds lumpy if I keep the key in the start possision it will start no faults showing on dianostic test two test cold and hot no engine manigment light on. changed all filters still the same. any help would b appreciated.

you dont say what mileage it has done could be a coolant temp sensor or a faulty MAF sensor dont think glow plugs as starts well from cold also check all connections to sensors etc assume correct oil being used wrong oil can cause problems with hydraulic valve lifters at high miles also check throttle body for carbon build up and all pipes /induction hoses for leaks
