2001 Skoda Octavia bulb behind heater controls blown

The Bulb or Bulbs behind the Heater Temp Control, Fan and Heat direction switches is / are blown. Does anyone know how I remove this panel so that I can replace the Bulb. This is the 1998 forward type body / Facia. Thanks.

On some models if you pull off the centre fan control switch you can then get the single capless bulb which illuminates all three controls.
