2012 Skoda Octavia noise going over bumps

hi, have had car 4 weeks,getting a noise sounds like shopping trolley noise when going over bumps,wife took it to dealers they say its the shocks and its normal,dosent sound right to me????

very strange-- shocks are meant to stop your car from bouncing due to the unevenness of roads and give you a smooth and silent drive. why not get an AA or RAC guy to help. A 2012 car should not run like a shopping trolley. Good luck

ask dealer if you can drive a different Octavia to see if what he is saying is correct , i doubt it vey much
