2018 Skoda Karoq accelerates by itself

When in a low gear (1,2 & 3) the car accelerates without any pressure on the throttle. E.G. at 20mph the car will increse speed to more than 25mph.
I took the car to the main dealer and they don't know.

Did they not say this is normal on that car , no faults found ? or there is something wrong but they cant find it ?

Should have asked for mechanic to go out in a test drive with you and showed him what was happening .
