Recall carried out 1.10.19. I still have hesitation and juddering in 1st & 2nd gears after 24EV recall. Independent inspection has confirmed car to have these faults but Skoda UK & dealership say "there is no recognised fault, there are no recalls (all recalls are logged on the DVLA website) and the software update is not a repair" and they say "there is no underlying defect".
