Skoda Kamiq info centre keeps crashing, unable to log in , loss of navigation, bogus emergency calls

Info entertainment crashed numerous times . Unable to log in, drove over 150 miles still not able to log in. Following day was able to log in but failed quickly, then eventually was up and running only to be informed loss of navigation. Numerous bogus emergency calls made from various different location throughout UK. Loss of radio ,mobile telephone etc.
Enquired with a dealership and they wanted in excess of £120 just to look at it!!! Thought they were having a laugh so refused them.

Not a laugh , normal charge with most dealerships for checking / diagnostic scan
