1997 Skoda Felicia overheat at high speed

over heat with speed over 100km/h although i get sure that the fan , radiator , water pump are intact ,as i change pump ,Cylinderو,also i check the chimney .

Could be radiator partially blocked , could try flushing and bleeding .But other possible causes .
