1996 Skoda Felicia will not start

Car: Skoda Felicia
Year: 1996
Variant: Petrol 1600 AEE
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Engine turns over and cuts straight out. We have changed the distributer, the coil, air flow sensor and the throttle body.Feul is comming through. Some one at my place of work used to be an auto elecrician and he has checked the immobiliser and all plugs they seem fine. After checking all this and changing these bits it still looses spark just after you turn the key. Any ideas would help as we are currently at a loss and do not know what to try next.

As for losing spark , could be ignition switch fault ? Could also check engine coolant temp sensor for starting .
