Horn Not Honking

2003 Skoda Fabia 1.4 Sedan
Car: Skoda Fabia
Year: 2003
Variant: 1.4 Sedan
Categories: Leaks & Noises
My car's horn doesn't seem to honk when I press on the steering pad/airbag module. I checked the fuses, and they work. It so happened that there are (I presume) four buttons to honk the horn, one under each spoke on the steering pad/airbag module. The two at the top don't work, neither does the one on the bottom left spoke, but the one on the bottom right spoke will get the horn to honk (I had removed the fuse for the horn, and when I pressed, I heard a ticking noise coming from the dashboard, near the fuse box, as if it were tripping a switch for the horn to sound.)
Red circles are areas which won't trigger the horn, green circle is where it will sound the horn.

Probably need to clean up contacts on those not working .

Thanks for the solution, but I need a little more help. Can I do this at home, or do I have to take it to a specialist to get the steering pad/airbag module removed? If I can do this at home, how do I get it off?
