Skoda Fabia hand brake and clutch

I brought this car last year and have had nothing but problems with it. First the clutch went after it had only done less than 10,000 miles. I contacted the garage I brought it from and was fobbed off. Then the car rolled in a car park on its own and caused damage to my car. Again the garage Bristol street motors in Derby who I wouldn't recommend fobbed me off. I plan to get rid of the car and will not buy another Skoda.
