2010 Skoda Fabia rear window heather button flashing after 2 mins

When i turn on the rear window heater button the light stays on constant for about 2 mins then just starts flashing so i dont know if its working or not as i am driving at this point and the window demist as i have the window open when i vape and the frost goes because of me driving. Just wondering if anyone could give me a little insight?

Stop and feel if the screen is warm , will tell you if working or not . Usually caused when car battery voltage / condition is low and due to the power the HRW uses
