No traffic reports TPS on skoda fabia 1.2 tsi 2013

Traffic updates says no reports available. Satnav its self seems to be working ok, finding location and directions.
Stopped working about 2 weeks ago. So can not divert to avoid Traffic problems.

Ok thank you, have read and checked the sytem manual too, it was on the right setting

Yes looks like that may be the next step. Don't how to do it and guess it will be expensive
