Drivers seat - height adjustment not working

right hand side of drivers seat handle used to heighten seat view . Pulling upward worked at one time but not now.

If handle operating o.k and it still wont adjust when not sitting on seat and trying , you will have to get under seat and see if anything obvious with the mechanism
