replace the diesel spill of pipes these are the pipes between the injectors 3 of them and a cap replace and see how you go cost about £4 from a MOTOR FACTORS

Im assuming as its a 2002 Fabia its a PD engine, try replacing the injector loom, it goes from the outside of the head into the rocker cover and onto each injector.Common fault on PD engines
