2006 Skoda Fabia weird rubbing noise

The noise comes from the engine bay when travelling around 30mph. it's not affected by engine speed so it must be final drive somewhere... we were thinking tyres but its all been checked out and is all clear. has anyone els had this problem???

Really hard to say without hearing it or more info .Possibly noisy wheel bearing ?
