2016 Toledo 1.6 diesel car runs really well no smoke, or engine misfiring but only get 19mpg , injectors have been checked and glow plug fuel pressure sensor has been changed, AC is working ok

Are you getting this MPG from computer reading , could this be faulty ? To be as bad as that you normally cant fail to see what is causing it . Other factors if not false reading can be a thermostat stuck open or used for short journeys . As regards to air con , on any car this does lower MPG but not to that extent you are experiencing .You could check your air filter also .

Hi, I worked the MPG out manually as I have done with my other vehicles I have checked thermostat and the coolant temp at bpth ends and all ok, air filter is ok.
is there anything else you can sudjest I look at?

Cant recollect a diesel car with that size of engine ever having such a low MPG without showing obvious faults which should have been easy to pick up with what checks you have already carried out . Could take to a good local diesel specialist for examination .
