2019 Seat Tarraco clock & trip mileage

My clock resets itself to 0.00 regularly and when it does this it also resets the trip mileage to zero

This was happening with a few Seat models a while back and apparently Seat were aware of the issue and were working on it, Not sure if a software update was available to resolve the issue but a call to your Seat dealership and they should let you know or not . On some other make of cars a low car battery sometimes can result in this fault .
