2014 Seat Mii heater blower rear wiper and fog light no power

Jumped in my little Mii turned on blower and turned up heat ... no sound dead silence , weird I thought tryd to remove rain from rear window ... again no power ! WTF seriously it's 3am I've just finished work and my car is freezing cold inside!
I've been googling the problem with not a lot of help or success so far it's seems to be a relay , but I'm not sure which one or where the damn thing is , I REALLY DONT want to pay seat garage dealer to diagnose the issue as it's a £85 cost I'd rather donate to charity to be honest...

Hi I would start with checking the fuses.

Fuses checked my good fellow it's 1st thing any of us would do , I need useful advice here on this post not some general guess !

UPDATE ! ... I have been contacted by the seat dealership service dept , they have found an issue with the power feed to the relay , he said it's a break in the loom somewhere but where he's no idea the bill currently is at £275 this is for 3 hours labour in just trying to find the fault , he said a further 3/4 hours will be needed to strip the dash to fix the break in the loom , final bill could break into the £700 mark at least , as usual Arnold Clark AUTOCARE warranty does NOT cover this problem ALLEGEDLY! ... was a great car til this happened

You got my sympathy but electrics is like that.
No real way to predict,
And usually several hours for what eventually takes 20 mins to fix.

if they know its a break in the wiring could they not just run their own supply to the component and bypass the break?
