Rear wiper not working

I have noticed that my rear wiper and interior lights, when doors open (ok otherwise)are not working.
I have cheked the fuses and all appears to be ok.
Can any one offer guidance and possible solution.

suspect rear wiper motor is full of water... common problem with audi. might be same on seat seeing as they come from the same home !!!
