2010 Seat Leon back light bulb not broken but not working

One of the back lights has stopped working but the bulb is fine. I swapped bulb holders left to right but the problem stayed with the right. The warning light initially led me to the rear bulb but has since ceased to go on even though the problem is still there. Is this an ECU problem?

Check if getting power to bulb holder .

No power to rear light but adjacent indicator has power and is working.

Indicator or any other light working means nothing if the light you are on about has no power .What light is it ? tail light or brake light ?
