2009 Seat Leon whining noise when acceleration

When i drive and gentley acceleration is over 25 30 mph i hear a humming/ whining noise, but when the car is rolling i put it in nutrual noise stops
I did accidentally put £3 disel in then immediately filled it with petrol and after 2 months car drives fine just gear humming whine noise in 3rd 4th 5th 6th gear

Wrong fuel wont cause it , probably gearbox bearings
