I have no brake lights

Have checked the bulbs but not the tail light. I'm debating weather to change the switch on the pedal

The bulbs are double filaments , side and brake lights
Test that both sides of bulbs are working . If not likely to be switch , usually can verify by bridging switch wiring with ignition on
