1999 Seat Cordoba window wipers stopped working but the jets still work

The wipers seem to be trying to work but won't so we tried a different fuse but it can't be that because the window wash jets are still working can anybody help us find out what it could be as payday is way off and the rain is setting in, thanks

Could either be wiper linkage or motor or both .Disconnect linkage from motor and see if it is free or partially seized .You could get s/hand complete assembly from a breakers yard or e-bay ,

Good shout on the wiper linkage as they seem prone to seizure on that model.
