Mirrors have stopped folding when locking car with remote fob button. Still works if internal mirror control used so no motor issue. Have reset Infotainment system. Deselected and reselected option from menus. Help!

Check the window one touch function on both doors is working o.k . If not reset by opening the window fully and continue holding the switch for a couple of seconds , close the window and hold again as before till it clicks . Now try your mirrors .

Thanks for you response. One touch window operation works fine. do you know how to resynch the keyfob - I tried to do this but the instrunctions in the vehicle handbook don't appear to make sense?!

Cant help you with the resync, never done one but know the window resetting fixed a couple of cars with that fault from a friend in the trade
