Seat Altea Glow Plugs Problems

With 49k on the clock the car when hot requires a prolonged cranking before it starts then it runs perfectly. cold starting and warm starting are instant.

Can anyone tell me where the glow plugs are located on the above car and when should they be changed not got any problems and the car has covered 42,000 miles is there a sevice to have these done
