2006 Seat Altea losing power

when i get to about 40mph my engine loses power, the engine rattles when over reving like it wants to cut out, a garage has had it for 3 wks and even they are in the dark still.
They have tried the coil pack, spark plugs, lumbar sensor, fuel injectors fuel filter and its still not working.
Anybody got any ideas??

I would change my garage and get one that can diagnose the fault rather than fit parts that cost money / time fitting and are not the problem .
